Common questions
01

Who is eligible for fiscal sponsorship?

U.S.-based organizations or initiatives with a clearly charitable purpose, responsible leadership, and active or launch-ready programming. We review each application against our mission and capacity.

02

Do sponsored organizations keep their own EIN?

Yes. A sponsored project typically maintains its own employer identification number for operations, while charitable contributions are received and receipted under Think Big Foundation Inc.'s EIN: 92-3086730.

03

What documents are required to apply?

At minimum, we ask for a mission statement, leadership information, projected funding needs, and a brief explanation of why sponsorship is sought. Additional documents may be requested during review.

04

How long does the review process take?

Initial review typically takes two to four weeks. Complex applications or those requiring additional documentation may take longer. Every applicant receives a reference number and a status update.

05

Are contributions to a sponsored project tax-deductible?

When accepted and properly documented, contributions made through Think Big Foundation Inc. may be tax-deductible to the donor. Deductibility depends on individual circumstances; this is not tax advice.
